Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All our product images are professionally photographed to accurately represent the style, color, and details of each item. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you automatically after your purchase. You can also view and download it anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the “Orders” or “Purchase History” section.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, simply go to our [Returns Page] or contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund as per our return policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items. If a product is marked “out of stock,” you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. Some limited-edition or seasonal items may not return, so we recommend acting fast when your favorites are available.

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka, with rates based on your location:

  • Suburbs – LKR 275

  • Greater Outstation – LKR 300

  • Outstation – LKR 375

  • Greater Outstation (Northeast) – LKR 400

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
