Return & Exchange Policy – Jeez Clothing

At Jeez Clothing, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges.


Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange eligible items within 21 days of purchase for store credit.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Free from stains, pilling, and strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, detergent)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items discounted 20% or more

  • Accessories (jewelry, caps, bottles, bags)

  • Bodysuits, socks, and undergarments (hygiene reasons)

Please note: Returns requested after 21 days may be denied. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.

We offer FREE domestic returns via Citypak.

Note: Online orders cannot be returned to the Havelock City Mall store.


Received a Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it!


Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit valid for 12 months.


Returns by Store Location

Online Orders / Flagship Store Purchases

  • Must be returned to the Flagship Store via Citypak or in person.

  • Not accepted at Havelock City Mall store.


International Orders

For returns outside Sri Lanka, please contact:

Final Sale Items

  • Items discounted 20% or more are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

  • Items discounted less than 20% can be returned within 21 days if all conditions are met.


Gift Exchanges

We allow size exchanges only for gift items (same item/color).
The gift giver’s name and contact may be required to verify the purchase.

Refunds or store credits are not issued for gifts.


Store Credit Policy

If your return is approved, we’ll issue store credit via email (excluding shipping fees).

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
